TRE UK® Cancellation and Refund Policy

TRE UK® is committed to offering high quality, ethical, and supportive services. We ask all clients to read this policy carefully before purchasing any course or service.

This policy applies to:

  • 1-to-1 Online Courses

  • Self-Learning Online Courses

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


1-to-1 Online Courses

Our 1-to-1 Online Courses are pre-paid services delivered personally by a TRE UK® Practitioner.

Once you have registered and payment has been received, we plan to begin working with you within two weeks. If you are not ready to start due to medical or personal reasons, we will agree a suitable postponement until you are ready.

Because time is reserved and preparation takes place in advance, fees are non-refundable once the course has been purchased, except where required by law.

In exceptional circumstances, and at our discretion, we may consider a partial refund. If a refund is agreed, an administration fee will be deducted.


Self-Learning Online Courses (Digital Content)

Self-Learning Online Courses are classed as digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • You have not accessed the course

  • You have not logged in

  • You have not downloaded or streamed any content

If you cancel within this period and have not accessed the course, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your written cancellation request.


Loss of the Right to Cancel

By purchasing a Self-Learning Online Course, you will be asked to give your express consent to immediate access to the digital content.

You will also be required to acknowledge that once access begins, your right to cancel is lost.

Once you have logged into the course, accessed the learning platform, or used any part of the digital content, the course is considered to have started, and no refund will be available, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to:

Please include your full name, email address used for purchase, and the name of the course.

  • TRE UK® courses are educational and self-directed. Results depend on participation and engagement.

  • Refunds are not provided due to lack of use, change of mind after access, or personal expectations.

  • This policy is designed to be fair to both clients and practitioners.

By purchasing a Self-Learning Online Course, customers provide express consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost once access begins.

Once a customer has logged into the course platform or accessed any course materials, no refund will be available, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This clause does not affect statutory consumer rights.
