This online option is advisable for you if:
- Prefer to work 1-2-1.
- Have complex trauma
- Have specific physical challenges
- Have chronic conditions
- Physical disability
- Challenging illness
I will personally support you through three of your four sessions to ensure you feel comfortable and confident as you start your healing journey. You can chat or ask me any questions about your sessions or as you process in between.
It is important to know that this does not exclude you from the SILVER Programme. Before deciding please book a Consultation in the first instance.
