I founded TRE UK​® back in 2011. I am as passionate about my work today as I was when I started. But, of course, much has changed, and we pride ourselves on the continuous change as we make discoveries about the body’s ability to heal itself.

I utilise my past experiences and skills in business, education, and as a trained therapist in several disciplines to provide the best possible service to all who choose to learn our unique  Total Release Experience​® programme. I am proud to have been voted in the top 10 Women To Watch in Wellbeing and author of ‘Feel It To Heal It’. You can read many fascinating stories and follow the journey that has bought me to you today.

Every day someone shares their suffering, they have lost hope. However, I also hear daily from clients who found hope as they engage with our programme. That makes my day to hear their joy as they start to live fully once more. They are astounded by the power of their own body, how simple yet empowering it is for them.

Having worked closely with me over the years, Daniel, my son, has a natural ability to guide and support clients through learning the TRE UK® programme. Our combined skills are complementary, but we both have the same vision and mission for the well-being of all.

It is an honour to be working with the Police, Fire and Rescue Service, prison inmates, and the Military. We can reach our globally as we strive to share so that thousands more, whatever age or nationality, can end their unnecessary suffering.
