Cancellation Policy

TRE UK®  is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another from being seen or this can sometimes mean a group session becomes unviable. Once you have registered for a session we will be expecting you to attend. Session numbers are strictly controlled through the registration process, so that once the class is full no additional clients may book on.

Missed sessions or any private appointment changed, altered, moved or cancelled for any reason with less than two working days’ notice will be charged the full fee.

We wish to make our policy as clear as possible because it can be upsetting when people miss or need to change an appointment, often because of genuine and stressful reasons. We have this policy to protect our team who do not get paid when a session appointment is not kept and who can be liable for a room hire fee should insufficient notice of cancellation be given. Should ill health or misfortune affect your ability to attend we hope you will graciously accept our policy as it helps to ensure continuity for all.

If you need to change or cancel a private one to one session please contact your practitioner directly. If you need to change or cancel a group session  then please use the cancellation link on your class registration e-mail.  We ask that you do this by 2:00 p.m. two working days prior to your scheduled appointment. So for example to cancel a Monday appointment, please call by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged for the missed appointment.

Workshop deposits are non-refundable and if canceled less that three weeks prior to the event refunds will be at the discretion of Head Office. We are compassionate in all cases depending on circumstances have allowed the discretionary transference of a pass to be to an alternative Workshop or Group session.
