Refund Policy

Our refund policy for our various services and offerings are as follows:

Online Training Course: This Course is all access. You will obtain immediate access to all training and resources contained in this Course. For that reason, no refunds are available for this product. Please ensure that this Program is fit for you before you purchase. If you have any questions in advance, please get in touch with us at

 However, we are so confident that you will reap the rewards and gain benefits from this Program's content provided you put into action all that we share.  We have a Release satisfaction guarantee on all of our online courses.  A refund will be issued provided you followed and carried out all of the Program's steps and documented the actions taken to fulfil all the program requirements and yet still not experienced any Release activity.  However, to qualify for a refund, we would first require you to work online with one of our practitioners for up to 3 sessions if necessary to ensure the correct procedure was applied.

Private Appointment or Group Session:

Missed group session or any private appointment changed, altered, moved, or cancelled for any reason with less than two working days' notice will be charged the full fee.  We wish to make our policy as straightforward as possible because it can be upsetting when people miss or need to change an appointment because of genuine and stressful reasons. We have this policy to protect our team who do not get paid when a session appointment is not kept and can be liable for a room hire fee should insufficient cancellation notice be given. Should ill health or misfortune affect your ability to attend, we hope you will graciously accept our policy as it helps to ensure continuity for all.

If you need to change or cancel a private one-to-one session, please contact your practitioner directly. We ask that you do this by 2:00 p.m; two working days before your scheduled appointment. So, for example, to cancel a Monday appointment, please call by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. If prior notification of cancellation is not given, regrettably, we will be charging for the missed appointment.

For private clients, we work to arrange appointments for your convenience.  Once registered and paid, we expect to be working with you within two weeks.  However, we will wait until you are ready if there is any reason to delay your start, e.g., medical issues, pre-booked holidays.  

TRE UK® is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. However, when a private client cancels either an online or in-person appointment without giving enough notice, they prevent another from being seen.  We are compassionate and will support where we can.
