Cancellation Policy

TRE UK® is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. However, when a private client cancels either an online or in-person appointment without giving enough notice, they prevent another from being seen.

Missed sessions or any private appointment changed, altered, moved or cancelled for any reason with less than two working days’ notice will be charged the full fee.

We wish to make our policy as clear as possible because it can be upsetting when people miss or need to change an appointment because of genuine and stressful reasons. We have this policy to protect our team who do not get paid when a session appointment is not kept and can be liable for a room hire fee should insufficient notice of cancellation be given. Should ill health or misfortune affect your ability to attend, we hope you will graciously accept our policy as it helps to ensure continuity for all.

If you need to change or cancel a private one to one session, please get in touch with your practitioner directly. We ask that you do this by 2:00 p.m; two working days before your scheduled appointment. So, for example, to cancel a Monday appointment, please call by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. If prior notification is not given, regrettably, we will be charged for the missed appointment.

Online Courses are pre-paid.  We do not give refunds, so please talk with us first if you have any questions or concerns before buying. We are confident that you will feel a difference upon completing our 5-step programme that we offer a 30-day money-back Release satisfaction guarantee on all of our online courses.  This means that there was no Release activity during the session.  A refund would only be applied, providing the course was fully completed with the submission of all the forms and journals within the course timeline. If there is a problem that no 'Release' is happening, we will work FOC with a client to ensure the technique we teach is being done correctly.

For practitioner-led sessions, we work to arrange appointments for your convenience.  Once registered and paid, we expect to be working with you within 2 weeks.  If there is any reason to delay your start, e.g. medical issues, pre-booked holidays, we will wait until you are ready.
