Cancellation Policy

TRE UK® is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another from being seen or this can sometimes mean a group session becomes unviable. Once you have registered for a session we will be expecting you to attend. Session numbers are strictly controlled through the registration process, so that once the class is full no additional clients may book on.

Missed sessions or any private appointment changed, altered, moved or canceled for any reason with less than two working days’ notice will be charged the full fee.

We wish to make our policy as clear as possible because it can be upsetting when people miss or need to change an appointment, often because of genuine and stressful reasons. We have this policy to protect our team who do not get paid when a session appointment is not kept and who can be liable for a room hire fee should insufficient notice of cancellation be given. Should ill health or misfortune affect your ability to attend we hope you will graciously accept our policy as it helps to ensure continuity for all.

Online Courses are pre-paid.  We work to arrange appointments for your convenience.  Once registered and paid we expect to be working with you within 3 weeks.  If there is any reason to delay your start i.e. medical issues then we will wait until you are ready.  Please note fees are not refundable but if start date delay is inevitable for good reason please contact us and we will consider each case individually.

Workshop deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds if cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event. We are compassionate in all cases as much as we can be. Depending on circumstances may allow the discretionary transference of a pass to be to an alternative Workshop if canceled before the two week deadline.
